Organization Development

and strategic planning documents, proposals, policies as well as procedural manuals. We

and mapping out milestones and accountabilities. We help to draw up their vision for
change with workable strategies for its actualization. We have tools and frameworks for

Research

We assist organizations with conceptualizing and designing research projects, selecting
representative samples, and developing research instruments in order to conduct surveys of
various scales. Our approach includes both quantitative and qualitative research
methodologies, centered on one-on-one in-depth interviews, focus groups across diverse
communities, as well as surveys. We analyze the data using software packages that assist in
ensuring statistically sound and robust recommendations for best practices and policy
making.
