Application of Feminist Principles

Our methodologies are deeply rooted in feminist principles and these principles guide our work because we understand that to be drivers and accelerators for the achievement of equality and intersectional justice worldwide, we must commit to methodologies that are driven by our commitment to dismantle patriarchal structures and systems. We help organizations and institutions transform their programming, internal structures, culture and practices to be more inclusive and respectful of women and gender minorities in all their diversity. We understand that to truly decolonize power, then equity, empowerment, inclusion and justice must be at the heart of decision making. This means that attitudes, behavior, norms and culture must be addressed at individual and organizational level, and organizations must put the people and communities they serve at the center and build from there.
Movement Building and listening

We help organizations identify and fix their blind spots by bringing a lens around equity, diversity, and inclusion to all of their work to ensure diverse voices are respected, heard and represented. We provide opportunities for cross partnerships and alliance building for organizational sustainability and accountability; and provide advisory on strategic organizing to connect activists, donors, decision makers and people to amplify their voice, raise global consciousness, social responsibility and ethical awareness.
Knowledge Management

This is the foundation of the work that we do; the foundation of the rest of our approaches because we recognize that knowledge is the bedrock of social change. We constantly work to source for, invest, organize, use, and share the most up-to-date information with clients and partners to improve decision making, efficiency, reputation, stimulate innovation, nurture experimentation, and foster collaborations.
Smart work

We support organizations with planning and work models that use technologies to improve both the performance and the satisfaction that is obtained from the work, and reflects new realities as a result of COVID 19. This means that at every point in time, their employees have the tools and leeway to determine how, when and where to perform effectively — all with an eye towards productivity.
